Multi-party Land Assembly - Represented property owners who joined to participate in a South Florida Community Redevelopment Agency’s incentive program. Assignment included entitlement procurement and preservation, agreements with the CRA, rezoning, solving significant title, survey, issues, environmental, geo-technical and concurrency issues, acquisition and financing.

Consummation of Land Assemblage and Financing for Major Mixed-Use Project - Drafting and negotiation of multi-party agreements and development of consensus-building strategies designed to meet the needs of a consortium of banks, the city and the Community Redevelopment Authority without compromising the client's strategic objectives to make a multi-use, large scale project a reality.

 

Re-start of Stalled Project – Re-capitalization and re-organization of a developer’s stalled project following failure to meet the pre-sale requirement as a condominium. Construction resumed following re-structure of the mortgage debt and negotiation of the pre-sale of the project.
